The project is owned and will be delivered by Battle Associates, a private limited company owned by Tim and Matthew Battle which organises and manages specialist events for the built environment.

Battle Associates have launched a successful range of 'Property Forums', including the Thames Valley Property Forum, the London Property Forum and the Liverpool and Manchester Property Forum. Battle Associates also enable the MAPIC Future Project Awards and Dinner at Cannes each year.

The Regeneration Forum has been launched by Battle Associates and will promote the Urban Regeneration Toolbox at its own and other industry events.

'The Forums are umbrella organisations for all investors, developers, practitioners involved in the built environment, to discuss issues on the basis that property is no longer focused on single uses. All developers and practitioners now have to approach property development on the basis of mixed-use.' - Tim Battle, Battle Associates.

The British Council for Shopping Centres have agreed to endorse the Toolbox and to contribute input from the BCSC Urban Task Force working party; The British Property Federation, British Urban Regeneration Association, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Royal Institute of British Architects, the Urban Land Institute and English Partnerships are being invited to endorse the publication and provide input. CMP Information, publisher of Property Week, Building, Regenerate, RIBA Journal and Building Design has agreed to be media partner for the project.
